Our veal is sourced from farms where animal welfare is paramount. We also stock Rosé veal produced in Kent.
Our pork is free range and features the traditional breeds of Berkshire and Old Spot. A combination of a natural, slow growing and healthy out door lifestyle produces succulent pork with superior flavour.
We offer a variety of free-range and organically grown poultry.
Our sausages are homemade on the premises using traditional butchers skills. We use our free-range pork together with the finest seasonings and fresh herbs.
Our venison is generally sourced from the plentiful local area.
Our bacon is like it used to taste – using free-range pork to produce superior taste with dry curing.
Our eggs are from Heathfield in Sussex and are produced by grass fed free-range hens.
Looking for lunch or a quick snack? The deli counter at Speaights will give you a warm welcome. Choose from a variety of hot baguettes and salads or pick up a homemade sausage roll or Scotch egg.
Our deli counter also boasts a range of cooked meats and cheeses, alongside pies, pates and homemade coleslaw.
